Property blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Also included in this recent photograph release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a key identifying various sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, such as plans for marina coverings.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
