According to the formal statement, "A strange encounter pulls heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a original mission, where hints of prohibited rituals and fearsome changes resonate through the darkness." The plot presents a "strangely dressed woman named Ada" who charges the characters with traveling into the Gemstone Grotto—a key location from Attack on Titan—to save her companion from a clandestine group.

Familiar Settings and Changes

The preview showcases the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave.
